90-Day Cash Flow Forecast UAE from Your Books | HelloBooks Ask HelloBooks AI what cash comes in and goes out over the next 90 days, built from open invoices, bills and recurring costs in your ledger.

90-day cash flow forecast UAE owners can build in one question

Profit does not pay salaries; cash does. With rent often paid in a few large cheques, quarterly VAT and customers on 60 to 90 day terms, UAE businesses can be profitable and still short of cash in a particular week. HelloBooks builds a 90-day view from what is already in your books, and the AI agent explains the tight spots.

How the HelloBooks AI agent handles it

You ask in plain English, the AI does the bookkeeping work, and you or your accountant approve the result.

  • You ask: “Show me my cash for the next 90 days. When is the lowest point?”
  • The AI agent: The agent starts from your bank balances at the last statement upload, adds customer invoices by due date adjusted for each customer's usual lateness, subtracts bills, recurring costs, salaries and the next VAT payment, and shows the week with the lowest balance.
  • You review: You add what the books cannot know, such as a planned equipment purchase, a new contract or a delayed government payment, and decide what to act on.

What the forecast is built from

Nothing in the forecast is invented. Every line traces to something in the ledger or a recurring schedule you have set up. Where the agent makes an assumption, such as a customer paying 18 days late because they always have, it says so and you can change it.

  • Opening balances from your latest statement uploads
  • Open customer invoices by expected payment date
  • Approved and pending bills by due date
  • Recurring entries: rent cheques, licences, subscriptions
  • Salary journals and the VAT liability building up in the current period

Scenarios without a spreadsheet

Ask "what if the Emaar fit-out pays 30 days late?" or "what if I buy the AED 60,000 forklift in November?" and the agent reruns the view. You can save a scenario and compare it with the base case. The forecast updates itself each time new invoices, bills or statements arrive, so it is never a month out of date.

Worked example: a Sharjah logistics company

A small logistics company in Sharjah has AED 340,000 in the bank. Over 90 days it expects AED 1.1 million from customers and owes AED 690,000 to suppliers, AED 420,000 in salaries and a AED 150,000 warehouse rent cheque on 1 December. The forecast shows a low of minus AED 38,000 in the first week of December, because two large customers usually pay three weeks late. The owner asks one customer for a part payment and moves a truck service to January.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is the forecast?
It is as accurate as the books and the assumptions. Customer timing is the biggest unknown; the agent uses each customer's actual history to reduce that error, and it shows its assumptions so you can challenge them.
Does it include corporate tax?
You can add the expected corporate tax payment as a planned item once your accountant has estimated it. The return and payment are due within nine months of the year end.
Can I share the forecast with my bank?
Yes. Export it as a report. If your bank wants a specific format for a facility review, we can prepare a template; ask us at hello@hellobooks.ai.
