They built and led Meru Accounting, an outsourced bookkeeping firm headquartered in Ahmedabad that scaled to 300+ professionals serving 1,000+ SMB clients across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. In January 2025 they sold Meru Accounting to Confiance Biz Sol Pvt Ltd and turned full-time to HelloBooks.ai — the AI bookkeeping product they wished existed when serving those 1,000 clients.

Exit to Confiance Biz Sol
We sold Meru Accounting to Confiance Biz Sol Pvt Ltd, creating a combined organisation of 1,500+ professionals. We stepped away from operations to focus full-time on HelloBooks.ai.

Self-funded from exit proceeds. Shipped in five countries (India, US, UK, Australia, UAE). SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified. Every feature shaped by what we wished existed during those 1,000-client years.
