Example one: a Dubai bookkeeping firm
Imagine a twelve-person firm in Al Barsha with 120 SME clients on a mix of spreadsheets and desktop software. It moves its 30 simplest clients first, onto software carrying the firm’s name. The AI agent reads their bills and matches uploaded statements, and the firm’s bookkeepers move from data entry to review.
In this example the firm prices a monthly package at AED 1,500 for software, bookkeeping and VAT preparation. The aim is not to cut fees but to serve more clients with the same team, and to make leaving less likely because the client’s books live in the firm’s branded system.
