A first impression under your name
Clients arriving at a sign-in page with your logo and colors understand immediately that this is part of your service. They are not asked to create an account with an unfamiliar company, enter card details for a separate subscription, or read another business’s welcome emails. The first thing they see reinforces the engagement they just signed.
That matters for adoption. Clients who feel the software belongs to their accountant are more willing to log in, answer questions about transactions and upload what your team asks for. The result is fewer stalled onboardings where the client never quite gets started. Your staff also avoid the awkward job of troubleshooting a vendor account that the client opened themselves and cannot remember the password for.
