Rebrand Accounting Software for Your Clients | HelloBooks Replace vendor branding with your firm’s app name, logo and colors so clients see your practice every time they sign in to their books.

Unbranded software

Rebrand accounting software and take the vendor’s name off it

Every logo on a client’s screen is a small advert. When that logo belongs to a software vendor, you are promoting someone else in the middle of your own service. The HelloBooks White-Label License replaces the vendor branding with your firm’s app name, logo, colors and sign-in page, so the only practice your clients are reminded of is yours.

Why vendor logos cost firms clients

A client who sees a vendor’s name every day eventually wonders whether they could use the software on their own. Vendors often encourage that by emailing users directly with tips, offers and upgrade prompts. Over time, the software starts to feel like the product and your firm like an optional extra sitting on top of it.

Removing the vendor name changes that dynamic. Clients experience the software as part of what your firm provides. Their questions come to you, their loyalty attaches to you, and the idea of doing their own books in someone else’s app becomes much less obvious to them.

Where your branding replaces ours

Your app name and logo appear across the product, your brand colors run through the interface, and clients sign in on a page that shows your firm. Invoices, statements and reports use the document templates you set. Your firm’s web address sits on a hellobooks.ai subdomain from the day onboarding completes.

Two parts of the branding arrive later. Using your own domain, and sending email from your domain, are both part of full launch and are not available today. Until then, the subdomain is the one place clients may notice the platform name, so firms usually explain it in a line of their welcome message. We would rather you know exactly what is and is not branded today than discover it after clients have started signing in.

No vendor invoices reaching your clients

Branding is not only visual. HelloBooks bills only your firm, never your clients, so no vendor invoice arrives in a client’s inbox and no card statement shows a software company they have never heard of. Your practice decides what clients pay for the software, if anything, and how it appears on your own invoice.

That commercial separation is as important as the logo swap. A client who pays you, signs in to your software and receives documents on your templates has no reason to think about the platform underneath. The relationship stays exactly where you want it: between the client and your firm. If a client ever asks what the software runs on, how much you tell them is entirely your call.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does HelloBooks email my clients with offers?
No. Your firm receives the only HelloBooks invoice, and clients are never billed by us. The client relationship, including how clients hear about pricing and changes, stays with your practice.
Is any HelloBooks branding still visible to clients?
Clients see your app name, logo, colors and sign-in page. The web address uses a hellobooks.ai subdomain until full launch, when your own domain and email from your domain become available.
Can I remove the vendor name from invoices and reports?
Invoices, statements and reports use document templates your firm sets during onboarding. That keeps client paperwork presented under your practice rather than under a vendor.
How long does rebranding the software take?
Onboarding takes about two working weeks, covering your app name, logo, colors, sign-in page and document templates. Your firm is live on its hellobooks.ai subdomain from the day onboarding completes.
