Can I send to a recipient outside India?
Yes via email; WhatsApp and SMS depend on the destination number being reachable. Cross-border deliverability is logged.
What if the recipient changes their phone number?
The back office can update the on-file phone with audit; future OTPs go to the new number. Past redemptions remain attached to the old phone for the audit trail.
How do I bulk-issue for corporate gifting?
Upload a CSV of name + phone + email + amount; the system generates and dispatches in a batch with a single accounting entry.
Can e-GVs be combined at redemption?
Yes — multiple e-GVs in one settle. Each redeems through its own OTP unless the customer is whitelisted.
