A day in the agent’s work for one client
Take a Business Bay interior fit-out company. In the morning, the owner uploads twelve supplier bills, three of them in Arabic. The agent reads each one, extracts the TRN, amount and VAT, and proposes accounts such as materials, subcontractors and site costs. In the afternoon, the bookkeeper uploads last month’s ADCB statement as a PDF and the agent proposes matches against open invoices and bills.
By evening the owner asks, in plain English, “how much do Al Noor Interiors still owe me?”, and gets an answer from the ledger. Your bookkeeper then reviews the proposals, corrects two account choices and approves the rest.
