How the program is structured
There are two parts to what your firm pays. The first is a flat monthly license that covers your branding, your firm console and unlimited staff. The second is a published HelloBooks plan for each client company, which your firm buys at a firm discount. HelloBooks invoices only the firm, and your clients pay you on whatever terms you set.
There are no sales quotas to hit and no tiers where your discount shrinks if you sign fewer clients in a quarter. The structure is meant to be predictable, so you can model your software costs against your client list and set fees with confidence rather than guessing at what next month will look like.
