Can I exclude points on discounted items?
Yes — per-rule. "Sale items do not earn points" is a one-toggle setting.
How is fraud handled?
Phone-based identity, OTP for high-value redemption, anomaly detection on rapid burn. Manager passcode for redemption above a threshold.
What about points on returns?
Auto-reversal — earn-points roll back, burn-points restore. The audit trail records every reversal.
Can I push limited-time bonus earn?
