What a client does after signing in
A client visits your firm’s address, sees your logo and app name, and signs in. From there they can upload bank statements and receipts straight into their own books, check which of their invoices are outstanding, review bills and open the reports your team has prepared. Everything they look at reflects the current state of their ledger.
For clients who have only ever mailed a folder of papers at year end, this is a gentle change. They are not asked to do bookkeeping; they are asked to drop documents in one place and look at results when they are curious. Your staff remain responsible for the categorizing, reconciling and review that turn those uploads into finished books.
