A two-way Xero connection is in build. It is not open for self-serve connection yet.
What this integration does
A Xero connection exists in the product but is not open to everyone. It is being rolled out to a controlled list of organisations while the sync is proven, so you cannot connect Xero yourself today.
When it opens, it will sign you in with your own Xero login, let you pick the Xero organisation to link, and bring your accounts, contacts, invoices and bills into HelloBooks.
If you are moving off Xero now, tell us — there is an import path we can run with you in the meantime.
What data it reads and writes
Written as sentences rather than permission codes. This is the same access you will be asked to approve when you connect.
- Reads
Will read your Xero chart of accounts, contacts, invoices and bills after you approve access on Xero’s own sign-in screen.
- Writes
Will write the imported records into your HelloBooks books.
