Move off QuickBooks Online in one pass — chart of accounts, customers, vendors and history — without re-keying it.
What this integration does
This is a migration path, not an ongoing sync. You connect your QuickBooks Online company once, HelloBooks reads it, and your chart of accounts, customers, vendors and transaction history land in your new books. After that, QuickBooks is not written to and does not need to stay connected.
The migration is reviewable before it commits: you see what was found and how it will map, and you can correct the mapping rather than discovering a mis-posted account a month later.
What data it reads and writes
Written as sentences rather than permission codes. This is the same access you will be asked to approve when you connect.

Reads your QuickBooks Online company file — chart of accounts, customers, vendors and transaction history.
- Writes
Writes those records into your HelloBooks books. Nothing is written back to QuickBooks.
