Partners earn points for each active paid client subscription, with more points for higher plans. The point total sets a status from Bronze to Platinum, and each status unlocks a larger wholesale discount on the standard plan price. There are no commission payouts; the discount is applied to what is paid.

Approved partners can be listed in the HelloBooks accountant directory, where businesses search for help. Listings for partner-program firms show what the firm told us rather than a verified credential badge, because verification means a person has checked a professional register.

A common pattern is to put new and small clients on HelloBooks first, where the free plan or a low tier keeps their costs down, and to handle their VAT3s and year end from the coded ledger. Larger clients follow once the practice has its own set-up template and review routine.
